Out of Money is a 2019 promotional single from Wesley Evans. The song was released in combination with another promotional single, Lost in Life. These songs served as the lead songs off of his third EP, We Came Unprepared.
Background[]
We Came Unprepared was based off of a poem that Evans' made for him as a joke. She wrote an acrostic poem about college. Evans looked at this for a while, but never wanted to do anything with it. After he finished writing the songs for Satisfied, Evans felt as though this acrostic poem would be fun to work with. He thought that it would be a fun challenge to make that poem the tracklist for a project.
